| If a parcel of product you have sold to a customer is subject to dispute
we will travel to where the load is and carry out an assessment of the
quality of the load. We will issue written reports together with
photographic evidence if applicable. |
| If required we will try to get rejected loads sorted into a
usable/saleable form by inspection, repacking or grading. |
