Pesticide Policy

Up

During July 2003 many pesticides will lose their approval for use in the UK and Europe. In many cases the loss of approval is due entirely for economic reasons. The loss of approval will mean that the MRL will fall to the limit of determination. Over the past few months the number of EU Pesticide Alerts has risen dramatically with changing MRL's and through indiscriminate use. Can you afford to have an MRL exceedence?

Key Benefits

Technical Excellence UK Ltd can provide your suppliers with a list of preferred pesticides for use on crops grown in the UK.
If required we can develop a system to minimise the risk of imported products exceeding EU and UK MRL's.
We can develop a cost effective risk based sampling regime to meet the requirements of your customers and Due Diligence.
We can liaise with your suppliers to ensure that they are aware of your customers requirements on pesticide issues which may vary from the full approved list.
